Click here to edit.![]() The beginning To prepare for the courses in hospitality, Mr. Yen first held a “gratitude & appreciation dinner” in 2016, and since then, this dinner has become a tradition at Junyi. From cooking to service and from preparation to entertainment in this banquet are all conducted and performed by students. The courses officially started in 2018. Space in the school kitchens was made for a western-style kitchen and a baking classroom. Professionals from hotels and B&Bs were invited to teach different classes. Students will learn to cultivate their living abilities, cooking skills, baking techniques, serving etiquette, and how to organize and decorate a banquet. |
